Best Price France |

Getting the best price in France is no easy chore.
France is with good reason the world’s number one. |
|
 |
|
Yes, France is the number one visited holiday
destination in the world. As a country France has
much oh so much to offer the traveler. Who has not
heard of Paris for example; |
|
|
|
or
the French Rivera with all of its beautiful
beaches, glitz and |
|
|
|
glamour? Plus, you may not drink much of it,
but he Champagne region is famous not just for it’s
bubbly. As far as skiing goes, France has a high
popularity rating with many skiers from all over the
globe.

According to Iglu Ski, one of Britian’s top tour
operators, about 200,000 people from the UK go to France to ski
each year. The most popular resorts are Val D’Isere, Val Thorens
(Europe’s highest ski resort) Meirbel, Tignes and Les Arcs..
France, probably more than any other country is based on
self-catering or catered chalet holidays.
There are a multitude of choices so that’s what we provide you
with, choices. We have made arrangements with some of the best
travel options to France so good hunting. By the by we have once
again looked to You Tube to supply us with French information
and entertainment. Here are some of the videos we found. The
first is a skiing video, well an
extreme skiing video to be exact
And finally we offer this
tidbit from the French Riveria

Resort of the Month:
Val D'Isere and Tignes
in Italy.
Great for Spring Skiing and Summer fun |
|
|
Val
D'Isere and Tignes
offer as much for the beginning skier, and skiers in
various, but shaky stages of development than just about any
resort we can mention.
There are, you might like to know, even a selection of free
lifts for beginners. You will also probably be interested to
note that there is plenty of very, easy skiing at high
altitude in both resorts. Even skiers with a minimum of
talent and experience will be able to enjoy the vastness and
beauty of these resorts. Decent recreational skiers will
enjoy the heck out of V&T as the area is fantastic for
allowing fair to middlin' skiers enjoy what many say is the
best skiing in Europe.

Another view and vital statistics
Premier league ‘Val' is a long way from anywhere,
but like most things, the more effort put into
getting there, the more worthwhile it is! Regular
good snow from November to May. If this resort can't
push you to your limits day and night then there
will be very few that can! The village centre offers
dramatic charm, Savoyard style, although the rest of
the village is dominated by more recent developments
and it is all jam packed with places to eat, drink,
shop and party with a very British attitude.
On the mountain
The massive Espace Killy has 300km of piste
sandwiched between the glaciers ‘Le Fornet' of Val
d'Isere end and the ‘Grand Motte' overlooking Tignes,
containing World Cup runs, breathtaking off piste
and bumps big enough to hide behind. All connected
up by one of the fastest and efficient lift systems
in the world. You don't gain much recovery time
between runs here. After graduating from the nursery
slopes beginners should head to the Solaise, overall
there is little choice for novices or the timid.
Everybody else though, will be in mountain
paradise!
